Life Groups

The pattern of the early church in Acts 2 was to meet in small groups in homes and to meet in large groups in the Temple Courts. The people worshipped together, fellowshipped together, learned together, ate together, cared for each other, and shared their resources with each other. They did life together.

Life Groups are intentional environments that foster an Acts 2 kind of community at Grace. They are pathways for people to grow in their relationship with Jesus and other Christians in God’s family. Life Groups help the church stay intimate and close knit. Jesus said, “By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John. 13:35

Grace Kids:

Sunday morning, 8:30am and 10:30am, children 2 years old-4th grade. We have a small group/large group kid environment at Grace. Kids start out in their small group classroom where they are welcomed and introduced to that day's lesson by their small group leader. All the kids then gather in the large group room where they have a time of worship and listen to the Bible story. Kids end the morning back in their small groups with fun activities that reinforce the lesson and a time of prayer.

Wednesday Nights, 7-8pm, children 4 years old-4th grade. Grace Kids meet almost every Wednesday night throughout the school year for an energetic midweek time of worship, games, fun. These nights are focused around God's Word and how the children can apply the Bible's basic themes to their lives.

Nursery is available every Sunday morning for newborns-2 year olds during the 8:30am and 10:30am gatherings. We also have a separate Quiet Nursery available for babies and moms. Nursery is typically available during evening gatherings and special events.

5th & 6th Grade:

Wednesday Nights, 7-8pm, children in 5th and 6th grade. Wednesday nights for these kids are set up in the small group/large group format. The kids engage in worship and a Bible study as a large group and digs further into the lesson with their small group. They also participate in various activities throughout the year.
